To be fair I did live there alone for a bit. It wasn't like I was expecting to share.

But this place has two bedrooms. We're gonna have to soundproof though.

Yeah. I've been doing a bunch of odd jobs and things since I got here. I'll handle everything for a bit.

Few days. Figure it won't take us long. I don't have a lot of stuff. We'll probably have to buy most of the stuff we need.

Does it need it's own space or something?

No. It just has a lot of stuff.

[Probably more stuff than Cora does. She's that kind of pet parent.]

And you might have to make sure the landlord is pet friendly.

We'll figure it out.

If he's not pet friendly he's probably in the wrong city. Half the people here have pets.

Liking pets isn't the same as being prepared to maintain for other people's.

They give out pets and things like that like candy here. Any landlord is an unprepared idiot if he or she doesn't allow for them. Doesn't make sense. I don't think we'll have any issues.

[This better not be the one building that is maintained for people who don't like pets.]

[ Don't you silently roll your eyes at him, Cora Hale. Besides even if they say no it's not like Derek won't intimidate into getting what they both want. ]
